U13 Cricket

J Felton - Today - Notice

Well done the girls who participated in the U13s Girls Chance to Compete Competition at Skegness Cricket Club. The girls grew in confidence, produced some great cricket and received some excellent coaching and advice from Katie and Justin from Lincolnshire Cricket. Most importantly they enjoyed playing cricket and some will hopefully contact their local cricket club as a result.

U13 Cricket

N Stone - Today - Achievement

Well done to the U13 Cricket team who won their first match of the season in the Fred Trueman league vs JSTC. The team bowled first with captain Will Edgar taking three wickets in the first over. JSTC finished on 44 runs after being bowled out in 13 overs.
QEGS openers Alfie Cook and Tom Collingwood batted nicely sharing an opening partnership of 24 runs. Will Edgar then came into bat and scored superbly finishing not out with 21 runs, with some excellent assistance from Sam Wells.

Well done to the whole team on what was an excellent all round performance.
